Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 4 item
  • whipped cream - 1 pt
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 lb
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item

How to make marshmallow salad:

Mix pineapple and marshmallows and set aside. Cook until thick the mustard, juice, flour and egg yolks. Add lemon juice and cool. Combine with reserved fruit mixture and whipped cream. Chill. Chopped nuts and maraschino cherries may be placed on top.
