Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- heavy whipping cream - 1 c
- oranges - 2 item
- pineapple chunks - 2 c
- pineapple syrup - 2 Tbsp
- apricots, sliced - 2 c
How to make 24 hour fruit salad:
Cook egg yolks, salt, vinegar, pineapple syrup, sugar and margarine in double boiler until thick. Cool. Fold in whipped cream, apricots, marshmallows, pineapple and oranges. Chill 24 hours. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Salads.
