  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped - 1 c
  • celery salt - 1 tsp
  • mustard seed - 1 tsp
  • large head cabbage, chopped - 1 item
  • red or green pepper, chopped, for color optional - 1 item

How to make 24 hour coleslaw:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate at least 24 hours before using. Keeps well in refrigerator for at least two weeks.
