24 hour fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- pineapple juice - 4 Tbsp
- whole eggs, beaten - 2 item
- oranges, peeled and cut in pieces - 2 item
- can white cherries, cut in pieces - 1 item
- marshmallows bits - 2 c
How to make 24 hour fruit salad:
Beat eggs; add juice and sugar. Cook in double boiler, stirring until thick and smooth. Remove from fire. Add butter and cool. Add to fruit mixture and whipped cream. Put in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Salads.
