Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- medium to large zucchini - 1 item
- cornmeal or flour - 16 oz
How to make zucchini sticks:
Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch strips. Dip into beaten eggs and then into the cornmeal. Place battered strips into a pot of hot oil. Cook until brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with Ranch dressing.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Food processor/blender.
