  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • dried marjoram - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick mix - 1 c
  • thinly sliced zucchini, unpared - 4 c

How to make zucchini squares:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread in pan and bake until golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes. Cut into small pieces to serve.
