Zucchini appetizers
Ingredients/Components
- thinly sliced unpared zucchini - 3 c
- Bisquick mix - 1 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- dried oregano or marjoram leaves - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped or dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
How to make zucchini appetizers:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients. Spread into greased oblong 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with slices of white American cheese. Cut diagonally (which may be topped with thin slices of tomato). Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until slightly browRecipe categories: Egg, Squash, Appetizers.
