  • thinly sliced unpared zucchini - 3 c
  • Bisquick mix - 1 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dried oregano or marjoram leaves - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • clove garlic, finely chopped or dash of garlic salt - 1 item
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients. Spread into greased oblong 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with slices of white American cheese. Cut diagonally (which may be topped with thin slices of tomato). Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until slightly brow
