  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • heavy cream - 1/2 c
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken broth - 13 oz
  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • zucchini, chopped - 1 lb
  • garlic cloves, chopped fine - 2 item

How to make zucchini soup:

Saute zucchini, onion and garlic. Add seasonings, chicken broth and cream; simmer for 10 minutes. Put in blender for a few seconds to puree. Serve hot.
