Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 6 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 6 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- fine egg noodles - 8 oz
- processed Cheddar cheese, cubed - 1 lb
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Saute onion in hot oil until tender. Add water and bouillon cubes; dissolve. Add noodles and salt. Cover; boil for 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic powder; cook 4 minutes.
