Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • zucchini, sliced thin - 3 c

How to make zucchini quiche:

Mix all ingredients except the Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Five minutes before done, sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on and continue baking the alloted time.
