  • oil - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • grated Mozzarella - 1/2 lb
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • oregano optional - 1/2 tsp
  • coarsely grated raw zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini pizza:

Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix all ingredients; spread in pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until brown.
