Zucchini honey bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- honey - 3/4 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini honey bread:
Combine the first 5 ingredients and sift together. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to zucchini mixture and stir just until blended. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Quick breads.
