Zucchini cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour
• semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
• butter - 3/4 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• grated zucchini

How to make zucchini cookies:

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Blend into the creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini, chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon (heaping) onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes until light brown. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
