Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- soda cracker crumbs
- jar pimiento, diced - 1 oz
- sliced raw zucchini 1/4 inch thick - 3 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in slow oven at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
