Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- cheese - 2/3 c
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- cans creamed corn - 2 oz
- soda cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Combine all ingredients, including cheese. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Put paprika on top. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
