Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- egg white - 1 item
How to make pecan kisses:
Beat egg white until fairly stiff but not dry. Add brown sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time. Continue beating. Add pecans. Drop 1/2 teaspoon on well greased cookie sheet. Will not spread. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes; cool. Store in cookie tin.Recipe categories: Desserts, Egg, Candy.
