- oil - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can tomato paste
- small onions, coarsely chopped - 3 item
- zucchini 3 average size - 2 3
How to make zucchini casserole:
Sauce:1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. garlic salt1/8 tsp. pepper Saute onions and zucchini in oil until zucchini is tender (do not overcook). Add the Parmesan cheese and mix with a fork. Sauce: PutRecipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
