Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
- zucchini, in chunks or grated - 2 lb
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing, crumb-style - 2 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook the squash and onion together in water until tender. Drain and add sour cream, soup and grated carrots. Combine the dressing mix with the melted butter. Put half the dressing in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add the vegetables and top with the remaining dressRecipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
