Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- yellow squash - 4 item
- zucchini squash - 3 item
- Philadelphia cream cheese 8 oz - 1 pkg
- American cheese, chopped in small pieces - 1 lb
How to make zucchini casserole:
Slice squash, after washing, and cook 25 minutes. Use very little water. Add, while hot, the cream cheese; let cool. Add American cheese. Place in casserole. Add grated Cheddar cheese, sprinkled over top, then bread crumbs. Pour melted butter on topRecipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
