Ingredients/Components
- large eggs - 3 item
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
- buttermilk baking mix - 1 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix ingredients with salt, pepper and salad oil. Spoon into pan and bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes. Serve at room temperature.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
