  • Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • sliced zucchini - 4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make zucchini casserole:

Cook zucchini in 2 cups boiling water until tender. Brown hamburger and onions, then mix all together in baking dish. Dot with butter and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
