- eggs - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- sliced zucchini - 4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini in 2 cups boiling water until tender. Brown beef and onion; mix all ingredients together. Pour in casserole dish. Dot with butter and cover with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
