  • butter - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • sliced zucchini - 4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
  • bread or cracker crumbs - 1/2 1

How to make zucchini casserole:

Cook zucchini in 2 cups boiling water until tender. Brown beef and onion. Mix first 8 ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish. Dot with butter and cover with bread or cracker crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
