Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 c
- water - 1 pt
- chili powder - 5 Tbsp
- minced garlic - 3 Tbsp
- white vinegar - 2 pt
- number of eggs optional - 1 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 25 minutes. Slice one onion and 2 jalapeno peppers, and add to vinegar mix. Now pour over boiled, shelled eggs.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
