Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- sliced zucchini - 2 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- box chicken Stove Top stuffing - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Mix stuffing and butter. Put half of it in the bottom of casserole. Cook zucchini, carrots and onions for 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and chicken soup. Put this mixture on top of stuffing and then the rest of the stuffing on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
