Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• plain flour - 3 c
• Wesson oil - 1 c
• grated nuts - 1/2 c
• grated zucchini or canned - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix sugar, oil and zucchini. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powder. Beat egg until foamy. Add vanilla and sugar mixture. Add flour mixture to egg. Blend. Add nuts. Divide batter into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at about 350° for 1 hour, until done. Cool on rack.
