  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients. Fold in nuts. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
