Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- squash - 2 c
- cinnamon or less - 3 tsp
How to make zucchini bread:
Put oil in blender. Add and blend enough zucchini until it measure 3 cups on blender pitcher. Add eggs and vanilla; blend. Combine dry ingredients and add to blender mixture in a bowl. Mix in nuts. Makes 3 small or 2 large loaves. Grease loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes; use toothpick test.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
