Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• chopped nuts optional - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• grated zucchini raw, unpeeled - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Blend oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour with soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Fold in zucchini and nuts. Mix well, but do not beat. Bake in 2 or 3 loaf pans at 325° for 1 hour.
