Zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- walnuts optional - 1 c
- zucchini, finely chopped - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
In a blender pour 1 cup vegetable oil. Add zucchini and blend. Add vanilla and eggs, again blend.In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Gradually add the zucchini mixture. Stir until well mixed. Add walnuts, if desired. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until a knife inserted into the bread comes out clean. Remove from the pans at once.
