  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 3 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeats - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Cream together eggs, oil and sugar. Add zucchini, vanilla and nutmeats. Sift flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder into mixture; mix well. Use 2 pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch, greased. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
