- baking powder - 1/4 tsp

- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- drained crushed pineapple - 1 (8
- flour - 3 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
How to make pineapple zucchini bread:
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick. Stir in zucchini, pineapple, flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and walnuts. Blend well.Pour into two well-greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
