Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1/2 c
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• raisins - 1/2 c
• cloves - 1 tsp
• allspice - 1 tsp

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat together eggs, oil and sugar. Add grated zucchini. In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add zucchini mixture and blend. Add nuts, raisins and spices. Mix well. Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
