  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 Tbsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins optional
  • nuts optional - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in 2 greased bread loaf pans at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
