Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- shredded, unpeeled zucchini - 3 c
How to make zucchini bread:
In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat together eggs, vanilla and oil. Pour egg mixture over flour mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed. Turn into two greased loaf pans or one 12 x 6-inch disposable pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
