Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 Tbsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Grease baking pan, then flour. Beat eggs, oil and sugar. Add grated zucchini and vanilla. Mix well. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat all well. Pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
