  • packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • molasses - 1/4 c
  • canned pumpkin - 1 c
  • butter or margarine, softened - 1/3 c
  • raisins - 1/3 c
  • ground cloves - 1/8 tsp
  • all-purpose flour mixed with raisins - 1 Tbsp
  • ginger/nutmeg - 1/2 tsp

How to make pumpkin muffins:

Cream sugar and butter; add pumpkin, milk, molasses and eggs, beating well. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in raisins. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling full. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
