  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • water - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • allspice - 1/4 tsp

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients together except for 1 cup flour. Put nuts and water into flour and add to rest. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
