Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- sifted flour - 3 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- raw zucchini, peeled and grated - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in oil, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Beat in grated zucchini. Sift flour with salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powder. Blend into zucchini mixture. Add nuts. Turn into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 60 to 70 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
