Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
How to make coffee cake:
Topping:1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream oil and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Add dry ingredients, sour cream and vanilla. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased pan and 1/2 of topping and stir lightly. Pour remaining batter in. Sprinkle rest of topping on; stir lightly.
