sugar - 1 c
cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
sour cream - 1 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
chopped nuts - 1/2 c
baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
sifted flour - 2 c
cooking oil - 1 c

How to make coffee cake:

Topping:1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream oil and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Add dry ingredients, sour cream and vanilla. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased pan and 1/2 of topping and stir lightly. Pour remaining batter in. Sprinkle rest of topping on; stir lightly. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
