  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Beat eggs, then add oil, oleo, sugar and zucchini. Sift and measure out 3 cups flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add sifted ingredients to cream mixture. Add nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
