  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • self-rising flour
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • peeled, grated zucchini - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix zucchini in oil and sugar. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to zucchini mixture. Add egg, vanilla and nuts. Mix together. Pour into 1 greased loaf pan. Bake at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes.
