Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• peeled, grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs, add oil and sugar and beat really well. Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and flour; beat 2 minutes. Add nuts and zucchini and pour into loaf pans. Make 2 big loaves or 3 little ones. Bake at 350° for 1 hour for big loaves and 45 minutes for small ones.
