Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • grated zucchini squash - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Combine wet ingredients and mix well. Blend dry ingredients and mix both together. Grease 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Yields 2 loaves.
