Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 2 lb
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- oil or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Place rolls in pan
How to make monkey bread:
Grease angel food pan. Place rolls in pan. Mix butterscotch pudding and cinnamon in bowl. Sprinkle over rolls. Pour melted margarine over rolls. Let sit out overnight. Bake at 325° for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Drizzle with icing.Icing:1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. water1 Tbsp. oil or margarine1 Tbsp. corn syrup pinch of salt1/2 tsp. vanilla confectioners sugar Cook water, oil and corn syrup just until it boils. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and enough confectioners sugar to thicken. Beat with wire whisk; drizzle on monkey bread.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
