  • cinnamon
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 lb
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • oil or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • Place rolls in pan

How to make monkey bread:

Grease angel food pan. Place rolls in pan. Mix butterscotch pudding and cinnamon in bowl. Sprinkle over rolls. Pour melted margarine over rolls. Let sit out overnight. Bake at 325° for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Drizzle with icing.Icing:1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. water1 Tbsp. oil or margarine1 Tbsp. corn syrup pinch of salt1/2 tsp. vanilla confectioners sugar Cook water, oil and corn syrup just until it boils. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and enough confectioners sugar to thicken. Beat with wire whisk; drizzle on monkey bread.
