  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 2 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • chopped dates - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 3 c
  • white sugar - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients well, adding zucchini, dates and nuts last. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
