Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1 tsp
- medium size eggs - 3 item
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly, but well. Add dry ingredients and mix together. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans and bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
