Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• grated zucchini - 3 c
• eggs, beaten until foamy - 3 item

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix well the first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
