  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 4 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • large eggs - 3 item
  • zucchini - 3 c
  • pineapple, crushed - 1 c
  • chopped dates or raisins - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
