Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- oil - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- peeled and grated zucchini - 2 c
- nuts optional - 1/2 c
- raisins optional - 1 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until light. Add oil, squash and vanilla. Mix well; add dry ingredients and blend. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Remove from pans at once.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
